i just sent you an email. but to add to the pot: *mountain game (acro! - just makes sure you're always one of the 'guides') *teach them to do catepillars * funny face competition - in pairs, they come up with 5 faces each, then have the rest of the group judge the best ones and stretch & warm them up - that takes a bit of time, focuses everybody and places you in charge. if you don't know entirely how to warm up, just start with vigorous movement (relay races will probably work well) and then work your way up or down your body - head, shoulders, elbows, wrists, backs, hips, knees, legs (quads/calves) ankles, toes and just try to remember as many stretches for each part as you can you could even cheat and write down stretches to remember. good luck:)

There's this tag variant called "the blob." It starts off like tag, but the first person to get tagged joins hands with the original person, so it forms a big human chain. Only the people on the ends can tag people. Everybody else can try to break the chain and free the people on the smaller end.
There's another one called "everybody's it." Quite simply, everybody is trying to tag everybody. When you're tagged, you sit down.
